Timing & patterns
Separate rapid bidding across multiple listings from repeated bids on the same listing, and compare accounts within scheduled closing windows.
Reporting cutoff: Oct 19, 2026, 00:00 TorontoLatest included bid: 2026-10-18 23:59:52Current day excludedCross-listing timing contrast
Percent of consecutive same-account cross-listing bid transitions that occurred within three seconds. Selection bias applies because the flagged group is defined by bidding speed.
Scheduled closing windows
Scheduled closing windows are not verified auction IDs. Same-listing consecutive bids can reflect website or proxy-bidding mechanics and do not show anyone bidding on merchandise they own.
Detailed forensic follow-ups
See listing-ID sequencing, same-listing bid chains, and scheduled auction-window comparisons. All are descriptive, not proof of automation.
