What the final-outcome analysis must measure
Once closures are independently verified: unique listings won and lost; final winning amount; share of bid value on lost listings; final price movements after an account bid; and matched comparisons against similarly active purchasers within each auction and product category.
Simply summing every bid by a bidder overstates purchases because multiple bids may be placed on the same product. Losing bids do not prove price manipulation.
