Completed-day reporting policy
The raw data continue to collect current-day activity, but public statistical outputs use an exclusive local-midnight cutoff. October 13 begins late in the morning and is flagged as partially observed. October 17 bids are deliberately excluded from this release.
Earlier reports and source documentation
Historic reports should remain available as dated research rather than being silently replaced when a later interpretation or classification changes. The current ZIP includes the underlying CSV exports and the October 17 snapshot. No verified closed-auction outcomes are available yet.
October 19 data refresh
New October 19 export added. Earlier reports remain archival snapshots; newer bid records were not backfilled into the earlier published historical calculation snapshots.
